Most grill orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Freight shipping for large grills typically takes 7-10 business days for delivery, while smaller accessories and pellets shipped via ground usually arrive within 3-5 business days.
What is your return policy for unused grills?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items purchased directly from our website. Products must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition. Please note that return shipping fees may apply.
Do I need to use Traeger branded pellets in my grill?
For the best performance and to protect your warranty, we recommend using Traeger 100% All-Natural Hardwood Pellets. Our pellets are specifically designed to provide consistent burn rates and optimal smoke moisture levels.
What kind of warranty comes with a new Traeger grill?
Most of our current grill models come with a 3-year limited warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance. Specific luxury models may feature extended warranty periods.
Can I leave my Traeger grill outside in the rain?
While our grills are built for durability, we strongly recommend using a custom-fit Traeger grill cover to protect the electrical components and pellets from moisture. Pellets that get wet will expand and can clog the auger system.
