If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unused Traeger grill or accessories within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and include all components to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our Customer Experience team via phone or our online portal to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack your unused items in the original manufacturer's packaging, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at an authorized carrier location using the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and processes your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
